The library has two meeting rooms available for public use at no charge.
Applications to reserve meeting rooms may be obtained at the library, online or via email. View/print Application [PDF]. Applications may be submitted via email, mail, fax or delivered in person to the library. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and rooms may be reserved up to 3 months in advance. Meetings must be free and open to the general public at all times.

- Meeting rooms amenities: A TV with VHS/DVD player, an overhead projector and an LCD projector are available for use in either room and the library's wireless Internet is also accessible. Groups are welcome to serve refreshments in the meeting rooms and a small kitchen is convenient to either room.

Smaller groups (e.g., 2-person tutoring or mentoring) may be held in any area of the library. If privacy is an issue please check for an available meeting room. Call the library at (402) 461-2346 to inquire about a scheduled meeting.
